SkyHub provides virtual office services, including the use of a business address, mail handling, and optional telephone services. The Client may use these services for lawful business activities only and agrees not to use the address for illegal purposes or activities that could harm the reputation of SkyHub.
The agreement starts on the date of the first payment and will renew automatically unless terminated by either party with 30 days’ notice. The term is based on the plan chosen by the Client.
Monthly service fees depend on the selected plan and are due on the first of each month. A one-time setup fee of $100 applies. Late payments incur a fee of $25 if not received within 5 days of the due date. The Client is responsible for all charges associated with mail forwarding or any additional services requested.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ written notice. SkyHub reserves the right to terminate services immediately in the event of non-payment or breach of this agreement.
SkyHub will receive mail and packages on behalf of the Client. Mail forwarding is available for an additional fee, and the Client must keep SkyHub updated on any changes to their contact details.
Access to meeting rooms and coworking space is subject to availability and must be reserved in advance. Additional fees may apply for the use of physical spaces.
SkyHub is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of virtual office services, including mail handling. SkyHub’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client in the preceding 3 months.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information exchanged during the term of this agreement.
